FALCON guns removable portion has PAIR OF PARALLELLY PLACED CHAINS along the hoses. These chains take the entire load during handling and removal, keeping hoses slack at all times, without sacrificing flexibility. The hoses themselves are SITE REPLACEBLE. Nozzle body is split (optional) to facilitate cleaning. Box nut (in case of air-cooling) directs air over the tip. Tips configuration, included angle and number of holes are made to suit and achieve desired oil flow, reducing choking at the same time giving fine atomisation resulting in strong healthy flame with optimum combustion. Also offered is FRONT-END WELD-ON ASSLY, as, the head of gun (outside the boiler) with some distance of pipes do not need replacement frequently. Outer Jacket is redesigned such that the guide hose can be screwed in/out. Adjustment/ positioning of diffuser in oil tip and oil gun tip in diffuser is extremely easy. Copper Clad Asbestos washers were earlier used between Head and Tail. These washers are once use and throw type. Also, these washers damage the mating faces of Head and Tail, reconditioning of which is not possible.We use flat precut champion ‘59’ ‘OIL’ gaskets which are reusable at least 20 times.The spools in Tail of existing guns are just inserted in the Tail and fall off whenever the gun is removed. We provide screwed-in spools with internal hex. The spools/ nipples are screwed into the Tail with standard allen key. Design
